Overview

President Biden entered office this year with an ambitious agenda including passage of meaningful climate legislation in Congress. As the year comes to a close and Congress continues to debate the Build Back Better Act, we invite you to a special conversation with Representative Judy Chu (CA-27 – Pasadena) to discuss the recent activity on climate in Congress and what it means for our state’s robust cleantech industry.

Please join E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs) and cleantech innovation hubs from across California to learn more about what policies and programs are included in the reconciliation bill (Build Back Better Act) and what passed in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Plan to support and encourage the growth of clean energy, electric vehicles, and climate-smart agriculture, and what it will mean for California’s community of entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders. Rep. Chu will provide behind-the-scenes insight into the policy and politics in Congress and the latest on what to expect on climate – and the implementation of climate investments – in the days and weeks ahead.
