- Illustrate employment opportunities in ClimateTech across the United States
- Inspire venture capital firms to invest in more women-led startups, which account for less than 5% of VC funding in the U.S.
- Give policy makers data points and anecdotes for the nexus between solving climate change and economic prosperity
