Overview
E2 NY has an opportunity to join a special NRDC briefing with Mitch Bernard, NRDC Chief Counsel. Prior to the briefing, guests are invited to attend a tour of NRDC’s NY office, featuring its internal sustainability practices. Following the tour, Bernard will discuss NRDC’s litigation efforts since the inauguration of President Trump and the increasingly important role that the rule of law is playing in environmental advocacy.
