Gov. Pritzker’s wise decision to join the U.S. Climate Alliance not only shows our new governor’s leadership on climate action, it shows the world that Illinois is open for business when it comes to clean energy and the jobs that come with it.

Illinois is already home to more than 119,000 clean energy jobs. Each day, workers all across our state go to work in energy efficiency; solar, wind and geothermal energy; clean vehicle technologies; and equipment manufacturing jobs, according to the 2018 Clean Jobs Midwest report.
