According to Garamendi, the bill has major national endorsements, among them from Securing America’s Future Energy and SAFE’s Commanding Heights Initiative; the National Electrical Contractors Association; the Natural Resources Defense Council; the National Mining Association; the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; and E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs).
