In the year since the federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) was signed into law, Arizona has racked up some of the most clean energy project announcements and investments in the nation, according to a new report. Eight such projects have been announced in the Grand Canyon State since the IRA passed in August 2022. They account for an estimated $5.9 billion in investment and 2,280 new jobs, according to the Clean Economy Works: IRA One-Year Review from national advocacy group E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs).
