On July 8, we closed the application period for our 2018-2019 E2 1Hotels Fellowship program.

We’re happy to report we received about 90 submissions from across the country – slightly more than the previous year.

Applications include projects at the intersection of the economy and the environment in the areas of healthy communities (24) food and agriculture (15) climate change (12) clean energy (10) and other areas.

Our great group of E2 members, staff and others will select 10 finalists by mid-August and we will announce them at the Global Climate Action Summit in September.

Each finalist will receive $20,000 each to implement their project and will become part of E2’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Please visit the 1 Hotels Fellowship page on our website to find out more about the program and watch for an invite for two upcoming webinars in the coming months featuring several members of the 2017-2018 Fellowship class discussing their projects and recent findings.
